Jeff Kristofak is a licensed employee benefits advisor working in the small to medium sized employer market, throughout North Carolina. He is responsible for the sale of group products (health and ancillary), individual products for the under 65 market, and Medicare. Jeff brings a wealth of insurance knowledge to our employee benefits team. He spent over 16 years with three national insurance carriers, most notably BCBSNC and UHC. Transitioning to the brokerage side was a natural fit.
Jeff is a graduate of Belmont Abbey College with a BA in Business Administration. He currently resides in Cornelius and has done so for the last 13 years.
As a partner and senior producer, Matt works with individuals and small to mid-sized employers throughout North Carolina to provide clarity and understanding for group health and ancillary programs.
Matt is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a BS in Psychology and a minor in Healthcare Management. He resides in Huntersville, NC with his wife Ashley and daughter, Madelyn. In his free time, he enjoys hiking in the mountains, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and family.
Geoff is one of the founders of policyline insurance (formerly Piedmont Benefits Group, Inc.), a full-service employee benefits firm based in Cornelius, NC.
In addition to overseeing operations of the firm, Geoff is responsible for managing health and ancillary insurance programs for small to mid-sized companies throughout North Carolina. Geoff founded the firm in 2003 and has seen significant growth since the doors opened. Under his leadership, the agency has received numerous awards from nationally recognized insurance companies.
In 2015, Geoff and the policyline team created the personal lines division of policyline insurance to expand our insurance options for our clients. Prior to 2003, Geoff spent 5 years as a Group Sales Specialist with 3 national insurance companies representing employee benefit programs.
Geoff is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Economics. He resides in Davidson, NC with his wife Susan and children, Cooper and Marshall.
